Yesterday, November 2, 2023, Mayor McCabe and Superintendent Czaporoski visited Fort Meadow to surprise classroom teacher Kelsey Cottengim with an official citation for being honored as a 2023 Massachusetts Distinguished Educator by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
