Dear Westfield Parents of Special Education students,
As the end of the school year approaches, I would like to thank you for all of your support to your children and the special education department. We are grateful to all of the staff and service providers who have worked with your children to assist them in their progress and growth.
On May 7, SEPAC hosted the Shining Stars Awards ceremony. This ceremony was especially meaningful because students and families, the people who are the most important members of our school community, recognized and nominated staff who dedicated themselves to excellence in special education. The awards were presented to the following staff:
Donna Bourbeau, Lynn Coach, Emily Corriveau, Amanda Cuevas, Marissa Falcetti, Emily Gauger, Crystal St. Germaine, Griffin Hovey, Lori Lyncosky, Emily MacDonald, and Kerri Tymeson.
The extended year special education summer school will begin on July 2 at Westfield Middle School, Fort Meadow Early Childhood Center, and the Transition Program. Jonathan Scagel, EYP coordinator and Yvette Tootle, Lead Teacher are the points of contact for parents who have received a letter for eligible students.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your child’s IEP or services, please do not hesitate to contact your Evaluation Team Leader or Special Education Supervisor.
I wish you and your family have a wonderful summer and look forward to the beginning of a successful 2024-25 school year.
Best,
Deb Ecker
