Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based, three tiered framework for promoting positive behavior in the school community. At Westfield High School, our students are Welcoming, Honorable and Safe.
For more information, go to www.PBIS.org
The behavior matrix breaks down expected behaviors throughout our school community. This is displayed in each classroom, as well as various common areas throughout the school.
Each month, students are "Caught Bee-ing" welcoming, honorable, and safe. Teachers submit students names to be entered into a raffle for a gift card at the end of each month. In addition, all students Caught Bee-ing are invited to a special event.
